What is the return policy?

At Alessandro' Shop, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Please read the guidelines below:

✅ When we accept returns or replacements

If the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If you receive the wrong item.

If your order is lost in transit.

❌ When returns are not accepted


If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product by mistake.

If you change your mind after receiving the product.

Because each product is made-to-order, we cannot resell returned items.

🏷️ How it works with our suppliers


Gelato: Covers misprints, damaged items, or shipping issues. No returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size/color ordered.

Printify: Same policy – only defective, misprinted, or damaged products are eligible for a replacement/refund. Buyer mistakes are not covered.


Printify :

If your order was fulfilled by Printify, please use the return address that appears on the original package you received. Before sending anything back, kindly contact us by email at alessandromoebel75@gmail.com so we can assist you with the process.

For items produced and shipped from our other facilities in Europe, please return them to the correct address based on where the package was sent from:

Gelato :
Gelato does not accept returns because every item is custom-made just for you. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it can be replaced at no extra cost.

👉 Please contact us first at alessandromoebel75@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process to arrange a replacement.

If your order is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll make sure you get a new one.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We work fast to get your order on its way. Every product is made-to-order, so production takes a little time before shipping.


Production time: Usually 2–7 business days.

Shipping time:

Europe: 2–7 business days

USA/Canada: 3–8 business days

Rest of the world: 5–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
